BD Sales Support Specialist
Job location: Warszawa

Job Purpose: 


Decisive support of Outdoor and Indoor Sales team with the aim to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of sales team.
Sales Support ensures highest customer satisfaction by handling and coordinating customer requests, i.e. quotations, claims and reports.

 

Responsibilities: 
  • Creating marketing materials: customize standard presentations, printing and updating customer handouts
  • Preparation support and tactical coordination for campaigns and initiatives
  • Developing customer reports: create performance management reports
  • Preparing statistics and sales / customer analysis and observation of data quality in CRM system for branch or country sales performance
  • Organizing meetings, conferences and events
  • Creation of offers for outdoor sales teams
  • Serves as a liaison between the sales, marketing and customer service departments

Requirements:

  • We don’t need your experience from sales or support departments :)
  • 1 year of experience in any business stream
  • Ability to keep the deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of Polish language is a must (both written and verbal)
  • Good English skills will be an asset
  • Demonstrate sound commercial awareness and ability to successfully navigate customers care trends
  • High standard of communication and presentation skills
