- participating in generating new business by targeting new prospects and developing existing global clients, through building & expanding direct personal relationships
- being a part of Global Accounts HQ team and reporting to the Vice-President International Sales Director
- tasks related to Business Development & Account Management:
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of the corporate structure of assigned accounts to promote and sell the entire range of Nowy Styl solutions.
- Build & expand direct personal relationships with decision makers & influencers in different departments within client’s own organisation (procurement, facility etc.) or client’s vendors (architecture & design, project management, general contractor, consultants etc.)
- Drive global sales across all territories of the account, through proactive cooperation with local Nowy Styl structures
- Continually evaluate progress against account strategy & pipeline objectives
- Ensure the professional standard of all written client proposals, tender documents and communication, in line with company standards and pricing procedures.
- In hand with Global Project Managers co-manage the implementation of new business won, to ensure that all administrative, operational and financial activities are in place to ensure high levels of service to clients.

We’re waiting for your application if you:
- have 3 years of proven sales experiences in solution selling to multinational organizations
- Experience of working at matrix organisation is a plus
- excellent written & oral communication in English
- are persuasive, articulate and able to work with and influence people
- possess assertive sales personality that helps in achieving quantitative results, also have good negotiating skills
- are convinced that you are excellent team player
- are able to work in a calm, logical and professional manner at all times especially under pressure to meet deadlines
- have good organizational and administrative skills
- need creative & out of the box thinking tasks
- are proficient in the use of computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point
