Chapter Lead, Customer Due Diligence, KYC [rekrutacja online]

• Advanced knowledge of regulatory KYC/AML requirements required,
• Developed understanding of the global financial system and banking as well as the regulatory environment and the impacts of non-compliance,
• At least 7 years of experience in the KYC/AML area, preferably in the banking industry,
• Team leadership experience: 2-3 years as a minimum (performance and workload management, staff recruitment, leading team meetings and 1-to-1s, setting KPIs),
• Excellent English communication skills required - both verbal and written (C1 or above),
• Stakeholder management skills,
• Academic degree.

Responsibilities:

• Team management, including team onboarding,
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders,
• Participation in team development and training initiatives,
• Management of onboarding process for new initiatives,
• Ensure Compliance to CDD policies and procedures,
• Provide subject matter expertise to team members or wider business,
• Drive continuous improvements and efficiency.
