Customer Service Analyst with English

Responsibilities:
  • Providing quality, accurate, reasonable and on-time service, ensuring due dates and deadlines are met
  • Monitoring order management process and looking for potential improvements
  • Establishing and building relationships with customers and internal Sales team
  • Managing regular collaboration calls and business reviews providing update on operational performance
  • Working with Inventory Management and Planning team to ensure optimal allocation of supply
  • Delivering trainings on tools and processes to customer
What do we expect?
  • Fluency in English (C1 level)
  • MS Office skills: Excel at minimum intermediate level, Power Point
  • Experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain area
  • Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
