Responsibilities
- Answering clients’ requests
- Back office support for the customer
- Contact with the customer via emails/phone
- Analyzing the scope of data daily
- Solving customers’ problems
- Taking care of the correctness of the documentation
- Understand and remain up-to-date with policies and guidelines
- Looking after the correctness of the documentation
- Maintaining high level of service quality delivered to the customer
Qualifications

Minimum qualifications
- Very good knowledge of German, willingness to use it both on email and on call
- Communicative level of English
- MS Office knowledge
- Previous experience in Customer service would be an asset
- Personal culture and ability to deal with the client properly
- High motivation and willingness to learn
