Demand Planning

(remote work)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and sense check Core forecasts with Commercial team
- Maintain the integrity of the forecasting system. Ensure system consistently reflects rolling 18 Months customer demand forecast
- Interact with marketing and other teams to support new product launch and promotions
- Drive optimal forecast accuracy to achieve targets.
- Continuously work to improve levels of service
- Chase inventory into the DC and seek all aggressive opportunities for order maintenance
- Align and support all supply chain initiatives and lean culture projects
- Build supply recovery plan with Supply Planners and understand root causes for supply issues
Requirements:
- Higher education will be an advantage
- Experience in planning and/or forecasting
- Advanced Excel
- Analytical skills and methodical thinking (data analysis and process driven)
- Order management and/or supply chain experience is desired
- Passionate about e-commerce
- Strong English skills
- Lean and Continuous Improvement mindset
- Initiative to think above and beyond the basic requirement
