For our Client Logo in Krakow Delivery Center operating in energy manufacturing sector we are recruiting candidates who would like to be part of fantastic delivery team. New team is being created in Souring Procurement (Spot Buy/Tactical) area for Germany and The Netherlands in categories: (IT/ HR Services/ Contingent Workforce/ Facility Management).
 

• Correct and timely processing of financial and accounting data regarding P2P (Procure to Pay) activities
• Provide sourcing activities and management of all operative procurement activities
• Deliver a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, within agreed SLAs and ensures these are fulfilled according to the timetable agreed with service delivery manager
• Oversee sourcing process to identify potential opportunities for savings
• Maintain and update supplier’s data bases
• Correct and timely reporting
