We are looking for a person who will join Contact Center Team as:
Sales Specialist with Indonesian
Location: Warsaw
Your tasks:
- Being responsible for phone and e-mail communication with existing customers from Indonesian market
- Active selling and promoting company’s products to existing customers
- Confirming orders from the customers and upgrading the value of the orders which includes negotiating with the customers
- Cooperating closely with Back Office Team in solving incoming inquires of clients
We expect:
- Very good command of Indonesian (native or near to native)
- EU citizenship or legal staying in Poland and non-work permit requirement is a must
- Ability to communicate in Polish or English
- Ability to work at least 35 hours a week and attending in a training in Warsaw
- Experience in a position related to customer service or the sales is always appreciated
