Specialist with Asian language

Responsibilities:
- Service and troubleshooting related to computer and telephone applications;
- Monitoring of messages from the mailbox; ensuring compliance with the highest standards of customer service;
- Compliance with the rules of conduct in all emergencies;
- Analysis and fluent handling of Asian-language customers queries; solving problems related to products of the company step by step;
- Monitoring and verifying translations for their correctness;
- Translation of documents and educational materials from and into Asian language;
- Brokerage in communication between the company and non-English clients;
- Cooperation with other employees in order to perform tasks efficiently; mentoring approach.
Expectations:
- Full availability, openness to shift work, including weekends and bank holidays;
- Knowledge of Asian language (Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean) at the native level and English language at the level of min. B2;
- Min. one year of experience in the area of customer service or translation;
- Possibility of starting work without the need for processing of a work permit;
- High communication skills, eloquence; ability to talk with various types of clients;
- Flexibility, responsibility and ability to organize time;
- Experience in the area of customer service on the ticket system is an asset.
