Requirements:

  • At least 5 years agency experience
  • A relevant degree or similar experience
  • English - min C1
  • Successful track record of building relationships with clients and generating sales
  • Proven track record of effective relationship management
  • Savvy with technology - for the IT tools!
  • A genuine passion and understanding for account management within an agency environment
  • The ability to engage with a wide range of audiences, making links between different business requirements and aligning services to customers’ clear business objectives
  • Drive to create a brand through social selling
  • Naturally driven to building relationships with clients and partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive outlook, motivated by your own ’why’
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will be set sales and account growth targets relative to your location in Warsaw which you will be required to achieve
  • Day to day running of all client-facing delivery in Warsaw and communication with delivery in other countries
  • Oversee all activity relating to client services and delivery teams, identifying issues before they arise
  • Create strong community and client relations in Warsaw and across Poland
  • Effective and accurate HubSpot CRM management and optimisation
  • Business client relationships - setting client expectations and agency deliverables
  • Team Management - both efficiently and effectively to agreed financial targets
  • Help identify and convert new business opportunities - incl. upsells, new business pitches
  • Attending events and truly representing the brand
