For our client, a leading manufacturer of heating and ventilation systems, with 75-years of experience, we are looking for a new team member for its team in Poland. If you are proactive person with sales and/or technical experience and want to develop yourself in the HVAC field, apply for this job position!
Technical Sales Manager
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing offers and technical solutions in accordance with client’s requirements
- Project management beginning from preparation of the offer to its implementation, project status monitoring and after-sales care
- Conducting business negotiations / technical advisory / seminars for partners
- Maintenance of existing contracts and active searching for new business opportunities
- Working with CRM system database
- Monitoring the market, customer satisfaction and the steps of competitors
- Close cooperation with other departments of the company
- Implementing the companys mission "Responsibility for energy and the environment"
Who are we looking for and what do we expect:
- Higher education – technical studies (HVAC preferred)
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in a sales position in the technical industry, experience in consulting and project sales is welcome
- Knowledge of English at B2 / C1 level
- Category B Driving license
- Skills to build professional and long-term relationships with clients
- Good work organization, proactiveness and independence in performing tasks
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
