For our Warsaw office, were currently looking for:

Technical Service Support Specialist
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
  • Technical Customer Consulting (Dealer, Industry and Consumer)
  • Handling of Repairs and Quality-Claims
  • Handling of incoming phone calls
  • Taking care of Service Agents and Private Label Partners
  • Handling and Entering Customer Orders
  • Monitoring and Regulating Delivery Dates
  • Handling and Entering Credit Notes, Warranty and Return Orders
  • Communication with Customers in relation to warranty claims and orders
  • Handling Warranty Claims in relation to Customer Service
  • Rework of Service and Delivery Data
  • Sales Manager Support
  • Preparation of Reports
  • Execution of System Checks (Tool Commerce, 2helpU, Salesforce.com etc,)
Requirements:
  • Familiar in dealing with difficult Customers and Situations
  • Good Communication in Polish and English
  • Czech language or other CE language will be an advantage
  • Solution oriented
  • Familiar in working as a team member
  • Self-reliant and ready to take challenges
  • Values quality oriented solutions und standardized processes
  • Self-Motivated and willingness to take over responsibilities
  • Good Knowledge in SAP Transactions
  • Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Commercial or technical education
  • At least 2 years of experience with a service center (international Environment beneficial)
